Animated caper Over the Hedge dropped down a place to two, its weekend takings of 915,510 taking its overall UK and Ireland gross to 8.7m.
Ken Loach's film The Wind That Shakes the Barley was the only film to go up the chart, rising up a place to take fourth spot.
The Pirates of the Caribbean sequel set a domestic box office record earlier this month by taking 2.3m on its first day of release.
Since opening on 7 July the film has taken 26.7m in the UK and Ireland, according to industry publication Screen Daily.
