No charges for Jolie photographer
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie
The couple's new baby, Shiloh, was born in Namibia in May
A man arrested outside a Californian nursery attended by Angelina Jolie's adopted son will not face charges.

Clint Brewer, 25, was arrested on 22 June after being seen hiding in bushes and taking photographs of the building.

But there was insufficient evidence to prove he entered the school grounds, according to the Los Angeles district attorney's office.

Meanwhile, boots worn by Jolie in her Oscar-winning performance in Girl, Interrupted will be auctioned on eBay.

More children

The pair of tan suede boots in the 2000 film have a starting bid of $1,500 (815) or can be bought immediately for $2,000 (1,086).

Jolie and partner Brad Pitt, who starred together in Mr and Mrs Smith, recently returned to Malibu, California, after Jolie gave birth to their daughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt in Namibia.

Pitt also intends to adopt Jolie's two older adopted children, Maddox, 4, and Zahara, 18 months.

Both children have had their surnames legally changed to Jolie-Pitt.

The couple have said they also plan to adopt another child.
