Rodriguez was arrested for driving while drunk in Hawaii last December

In April the actress - who plays Anna Lucia in the second series of the show - spent 65 hours in prison in Hawaii for driving while drunk.

That offence has earned her a further two months behind bars and 30 days of community service because she broke a probation order issued in 2004.

The 27-year-old is scheduled to begin her latest sentence on 31 May.

She must also attend an educational course on the effects of alcohol, the Mothers Against Drunk Driving victim impact panel and the city's hospital and morgue programme.

Rodriguez was arrested in Honolulu last December on the drink-driving charge and pleaded guilty to it last month.

This violated the three-year probation term she had been given after pleading no contest to charges of hit-and-run, driving while suspended and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
