Talk show host Michael Parkinson has signed a deal with ITV to remain with the station for at least two years. The 70-year-old broadcaster's fourth series with the channel will begin in March, with guests including Oscar winner Jamie Foxx and Sharon Stone.
ITV has called Parkinson's place in the line-up "invaluable".
The Yorkshireman defected from the BBC in 2004 after 33 years when his Saturday night slot was cleared to make way for the return of Match of the Day.
