Sir Paul McCartney has announced the dates of his latest US tour. The former Beatle will embark on the 28-date tour on 16 September, beginning in Miami, Florida.
He will round off the tour - which includes New York, Chicago and a first time visit to Nebraska - in Los Angeles on 29 November 2005.
He last toured the US three years ago, grossing an estimated $126m (�66m) from 58 shows. Some tickets for the latest tour will go on sale on Thursday.
New album
Highlights of the tour include return visits to Boston's Fleet Center, New York's Madison Square Garden, Chicago's United Center and Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Miami and Seattle will see Sir Paul for the first time in almost 15 years.
The concerts will support Sir Paul's forthcoming album, as yet untitled.
Sir Paul will be joined on the tour by drummer Abe Laboriel Jnr, guitarist Rusty Anderson, guitarist/bassist Brian Ray and keyboardist Paul "Wix" Wickens.
