Gina Yashere became the sixth student to be evicted
Comedienne Gina Yashere has become the sixth student to be evicted from Celebrity Fame Academy.

She was booted out following her rendition of My Baby Just Cares For Me during Sunday's Showtime Special.

Yashere left the show after judges saved Coronation Street actress Debra Stephenson and fellow contestants picked TV Reggie Yates to remain.

Seven celebrities remain in the BBC One show being staged for Comic Relief. The final will be held on Friday.

Those remaining in the two-week charity show are actors Kim Medcalf, Adrian Edmondson and Dawn Steele, as well as Radio 1 DJ Edith Bowman and DIY SOS host Nick Knowles.

Judges include opera singer Lesley Garrett, radio executive Richard Park and ballroom dancer Craig Revel Horwood.
