Singers Annie Lennox and Katie Melua will be among the performers at this year's 46664 concert, which will be held in South Africa on 19 March. Queen and Paul Rodgers will also appear at the gig, which is aiming to highlight awareness of women living with HIV and Aids.
"It's a real privilege for me to appear on behalf of 46664," Lennox said
The campaign was set up by Dave Stewart, Bono and members of Queen in 2003 to highlight Aids awareness.
