 Love is releasing an album in February |
A court hearing for singer Courtney Love, who is charged with drug possession, has been postponed for the second time. Superior Court Judge Elden S Fox said that "additional investigation" on the case was needed, following a meeting with the former Hole frontwoman.
The hearing is now set to take place on 11 February.
Love, 39, has pleaded not guilty to charges of possessing two pharmaceutical drugs.
Authorities said the drugs had been found on her after she was taken to hospital during the incident, on 2 October last year.
She was allegedly found outside an ex-boyfriend's house, having broken windows there earlier the same day.
After leaving the courthouse, Love told reporters she was planning a tour around the release of her new album, America's Sweetheart, which is out next month.
The album is Love's first since the end of her band Hole, infamous for their 1994 album Live Through This.
Love is the widow of Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain, who killed himself in April 1994.
