The makers of the fourth Harry Potter movie are searching for two Asian girls to take roles in the film. An open audition is being held in London on Sunday for girls between the ages of 13-16 to play the twins Parvati and Padma.
The lucky pair do not need acting experience but must fit the profile. It is not necessary for them to be twins.
The auditions are being held at the Pineapple Studios in Langley Street, near Covent Garden, from 1000-1500 GMT.
Casting agent Shaheen Baig Casting has been running open auditions around the country in the hope of finding the right actresses for the parts in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
"In this book, they are actually written as twins but it has been incredibly difficult to find Asian twin girls so we decided to open it up and just find two girls," casting director Shaheen Baig told the Bradford Telegraph and Argus. "We're looking for two girls - if they happen to be sisters that would be amazing, but it doesn't really matter.
"We just want two good girls who have fantastic chemistry."
The characters of Padma and Parvati have major scenes when they accompany Harry Potter an his friend Ron Weasley to a Hogwart's school ball.
Rupert Grint, who plays Ron, and Emma Watson, who plays Hermione, were both picked for their starring roles at open auditions, having only previously acted in school plays.
