Angels roar to top of box office
Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle
High kicks and glamour in the Charlie's Angels sequel

Action movie Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle has gone straight in at the top of the UK box office chart.

The sequel based on the 1970s TV detective series took an estimated 3.27m in its opening weekend, according to figures from Screen International.

The angels - Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu - knocked Jim Carrey's comedy Bruce Almighty off the number one spot after just one week.
