Art Deco is a major new exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. It charts the rise and fall of the popular 20th-Century art movement and includes a comprehensive collection of objects from the period.
"Art Deco is a hugely impressive display that ought to delight art connoisseur and tourist in equal measure," wrote BBC News Online's James Bregman.
But what do you think?
Were you impressed by the collection? Was it educational?
It's a fascinating show. I love Art Deco, having been acquainted to it via the Astaire/Rogers films of the 30s, and seeing the range of exhibits at the V&A is a great thrill. It is especially interesting to see the various influeneces and how they were drawn together, and also how Art Deco was interpreted in various countries. Particular standouts were the Indian canopy bed, the furniture from the Paris exhibition and the Americana, but in truth is it is a great exhibition and well worth seeing.

A remarkable exhibition in both size and scope. It does an admirable job in setting the style in both context and time. It deserves to be seen by anyone with an interest in 20th century design.
