Romantic comedy Two Weeks Notice has taken the top spot in the UK box office chart in its first week.
Weekend figures showed the movie, which stars Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock as lawyers who fall in love, earned �2.19m.
Daredevil scraped into second place, taking �1.95m in its debut weekend.
The movie features Ben Affleck as a blind lawyer by day and a crime-fighting vigilante by night.

Leonardo di Caprio's Catch Me If You Can slipped into third place while horror sequel Final Destination 2 eased to fourth from the previous week's number three. Treasure Planet, Disney's animated space-age retelling of Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island, opened as the weekend's fifth most popular movie, according to figures released by Screen International.
The Oscar-nominated musical Chicago, meanwhile, slipped from number five to six in the chart.
