Eastenders scooped the best soap award for the BBC  As usual, Hollyoaks actresses provided much of the glamour  Sir Michael Gambon's fourth award was sealed with a kiss  Sheila Hancock arrived with her daughters Joanne (left) and Melanie  Julie Walters won for the Liverpool-set drama My Beautiful Son  Graham Norton won best entertainment performance for his outrageous chat show  Louis Theroux received his award from newsreader Kirsty Young | |
