Which of your singles are you most proud of and why?

I cannot chose between my children...

You cover The Beach Boys and Barbra Streisand on your new single - why did you pick them?

We're all big fans of those particular songs... It was time to ruin that...

Do you prefer the classic greats or current artists? Why?

The classic greats tend to be more classic and certainly greater.

If you could duet with anybody, who would it be?

Demis Roussos, naturally.

What do you think of the new British bands coming through at the moment?

Like who? I thought we're still coming through.

Which current artists do you think are likely to be legends in 20 years time?

DJ Otzi is here to stay - he is a God.

Who inspires your dress sense?

All sorts of individuals really, but mainly odd background characters from movies. John Malkovich in Rounders, for instance, pulled off a rather fetching tracksuit top and lumberjack look.

What song always makes you cry?

Till I Die by The Beach Boys always makes me glaze over.

Do you have trouble in continuing to find the inspiration to make music?

No. Not yet.

Do you think your music is as relevant to fans now as it was when you first started out?

It seems to still generate positive emotional outbursts from the people who come to the shows. So yes, of course.

Do you visit any music websites regularly?

Nope. I tend to go to the movie quiz sites and pit my nogin against other sad anoraks.
