| Tuesday, 24 April, 2001, 12:02 GMT 13:02 UK Big Brother contestants muzzled ![]() Three Big Brother contstants walked out The makers of the Danish version of Big Brother have won a court case which effectively gags three participants of the reality TV game show who quit the programme. Contestants Pil, S�ren and Christian threatened to reveal their experiences on the show to the media after walking out of the Big Brother house 10 days ago.
Mikkel Faurholdt, a spokesman for TVDanmark, told BBC News Online: "The court hearing was held behind closed doors and it took 14 hours to resolve the case. 'Dialogue' "The judge agreed that the three contestant have to live up to their contract." The three contestants walked out of the show threatening to "destroy the programme".
He said: "They will be speaking to the press but when we decide. "We feel very glad that the case is over and the judge agreed with us." He added: "We are going into a dialogue with these people in order to decide how to move forward." There are just four contestants left on the programme, which is due to finish on 10 May.
