Tanya Beckett asks Yvo De Boer, executive secretary at the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change if he is hopeful that climate talks are picking up again.
Mr de Boer said he now saw energy prices, security and climate agendas all coming together following the Copenhagen talks.
"Although there was no legal agreement in Copenhagen, there was a very strong political consensus," he said.
