Davos 2010: Kuroda - Other financial bodies need oversight

Haruhiko Kuroda, the president of the Asian Development Bank, has said the banking sector does need reform, but that the devil is in the detail.

He said President Obama's proposals on the banking industry are a good first step, but that other countries needed to be looking at a global approach.
