UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon has criticised President Mugabe, saying he should address the social needs of the people of Zimbabwe and look to the future.

Speaking after it was agreed the African country would form a unity government, the UN leader said the new regime should call free and fair elections.

He spoke to BBC Newsnight's Kirsty Wark from Davos in Switzerland, where the World Economic Forum is being held.
