Olli Rehn on Greek savings programme

The European Economic and Monetary Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn has commented on the unprecedented bail-out package designed to rescue Greece's embattled economy, describing it as loan, which would be paid back, and not a subsidy.

Speaking in Berlin, Mr Rehn said he had no doubt Greece would fully implement the agreed programme.
