Union leaders and managers are disputing the impact of the first day of a three-day strike by cabin crew at British Airways.
The Unite union claims the walk-out has turned Terminal Five at Heathrow Airport into a "ghost town".
But BA says enough staff turned up for work to maintain its revised schedules - and even to reinstate some flights.
