The 2008 FA Cup winners Portsmouth have become the first Premier League club to be placed into administration.
The debt-laden club will also be docked nine points as a result which means relegation is almost certain.
Portsmouth fan John Westwood says football clubs are the "heartbeat of any city" and blames "the men at the top" for the financial difficulties at Fratton Park.
