BA chief executive Willie Walsh has said he believes that business customers do not choose to fly 'because they like the idea of flying'.
Speaking to the BBC, Mr Walsh was answering questions on environmental challenges facing aviation for the Radio Four programme Costing the Earth.
Costing the earth on BBC Radio 4 Monday night at 9pm, repeated Thursday at 1.30pm.
