Darling warns banks on lending

The Chancellor says he is "extremely concerned" that banks may not be increasing lending to businesses, in spite of having received financial support from the taxpayer.

Alistair Darling has told the BBC he will ask bankers why the cost of borrowing seems to be rising, despite low interest rates.
