UK urged to act on Vauxhall

The union Unite has urged the British government to increase efforts to secure jobs under threat from the sale of GM's European car making business.

Joint General Secretary Tony Woodley said Business Secretary Lord Mandelson should travel to Germany to negotiate a deal to safeguard British jobs.
