The government's car scrapping scheme, to try to kick start demand in the UK's beleaguered car market, begins today.
Under the plan, drivers will get a £2,000 discount on a new vehicle in return for scrapping one at least 10 years old.
Emma Simpson spoke to Hyundai UK's managing director Tony Whitehorn about the scheme.
