South West weathers storm so far

The feeling in southwest England is that the recession is yet to really hit the region - but job losses are starting to rise.

In Plymouth, Neil Gallacher met Will Rahder of Yacht Haven Quay, the first "multi-storey car park" for yachts in the UK.

Mr Rahder said he remained "cautiously optimistic" about the business, which he said had been "remarkably successful, against our own expectations".
