Brown pledges finance changes

Prime Minister Gordon Brown and German Chancellor Angela Merkel have held talks in London ahead of the G20 summit.

Mr Brown told a press conference that they had agreed on the need for greater financial regulation and the importance of including tax havens and hedge funds in the new system.
