Interest rates cut to 0.5%

The Bank of England has cut interest rates to an all-time low of 0.5% from 1% in an attempt to revive the economy.

The BBC's Simon Jack was with Howard Wheeldon from BGC partners at Canary Wharf when the decision was announced.
