Crozier: 'Royal Mail losing billions'

Royal Mail's chief executive has warned the company is failing to making enough money to guarantee the survival of the universal postal service.

Adam Crozier said it faced a deficit of up to �9bn this year. His comments came as he was giving evidence at a business select committee.

Hundreds of postal workers protested outside Westminster at plans to sell off a 30% stake.
