RBS apology 'humiliating'

Royal Bank of Scotland chairman, Sir Tom McKillop, has told shareholders that he is "profoundly sorry" about the huge losses the bank has racked up.

The BBC's Business Editor Robert Peston said the apology represented a humiliating moment for the RBS.
