BT boss defends 10,000 jobs cut

BT's chief executive Ian Livingston defends his company's decision to shed 10,000 jobs by March next year.

Speaking to the BBC from BT headquarters, he said he did not expect to make compulsory redundancies.

He also said the company had got to become "leaner".
