Iceland's PM on Icesave accounts

Iceland's Prime Minister Geir Haarde has said he appreciates the UK government stepping in to guarantee British savers' accounts in Icesave.

The internet arm of Iceland's Landsbanki was nationalised and suspended its operations on Tuesday.

Iceland has been forced to take over two of its biggest banks and is seeking a loan from Russia.
