Soaring worldwide demand for copper, iron ore, manganese and other commodities has boosted earnings for the world's largest mining and resource company, BHP Billiton.
The Anglo-Australian giant saw earnings rise by almost 12.5%, the seventh consecutive year of record gains.
Chief Executive Marius Kloppers told the BBC's Nigel Cassidy he was not worried that demand from Asia was about to sink, along with recent falls in commodity prices.
