Tipping law change supported

Employers will be banned from using tips and service charges to "top up" staff pay to meet the minimum wage, under government plans.

Financial expert John Whiting is advising the industry over changes and chef Phil Vickery has said he believes minimum wages should be paid irrespective of tips.
