| Friday, 16 November, 2001, 15:14 GMT Slug and Lettuce chain to double in size Pub group SFI has brought 28 Parisa Cafe Bars in a deal that will enable it to almost double the size of its Slug and Lettuce chain. SFI - formerly known as Surrey Free Inns - is one of the country's fastest growing pub companies. It aims to expand the Slug and Lettuce branded bar chain from 32 sites to 60 next May.
