The UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband has inaugurated the British pavilion at the Shanghai Expo on a visit to China.
Mr Miliband is in China to hold discussions with the country's political leaders. Relations between the UK and Chna have been strained over recent months as Chris Hogg explains.
