Aid arrives for typhoon victims

Foreign aid has arrived in Taiwan a week after Typhoon Morakot struck, killing hundreds and leaving thousands homeless.

President Ma Ying-jeou's government has been criticised by some for its allegedly slow and inadequate response to the disaster.
