Japan's retired doctors help elderly

Japan's population is ageing rapidly, with nearly 29m over 65s, out of a population of nearly 128m.

This is putting a strain on medical services, especially outside the big cities but one hospital has come up with a solution, persuading elderly doctors to come out of retirement to help.
