Protesters have blockaded Thailand's parliament for a second day, delaying a maiden policy speech by PM Abhisit Vejjajiva and forcing him to switch venues.
The new Prime Minister eventually delivered his speech at the foreign ministry and said national reconciliation would be his top priority.
