| Friday, 27 July, 2001, 11:14 GMT 12:14 UK In pictures: Powell's love song US Secretary of State Colin Powell is not known for his singing skills, but that did not stop him putting on a show for more than 20 foreign ministers in Hanoi, Vietnam. It has become an annual tradition at the regional security summit for ministers to take to the stage in an evening of song. Mr Powell has earlier signalled that he would not be singing, but he then threw himself into the occasion.
