Looting in Concepcion after massive quake hits Chile

Pictures from Chile show people removing goods from supermarkets in Concepcion, Chile's second city, with police arriving to fire a water cannon.

Concepcion has been placed under the control of the army and a curfew is in force in some areas.

Free distribution of basic goods will also take place in Maule and Biobio regions.
