UN chief urges Haitians to have patience for aid

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has asked for patience from the people of Haiti, saying aid is on its way to everyone affected by the quake.

Speaking during a visit to Port-au-Prince, he said effective co-ordination between the aid agencies operating in Haiti was vital to prevent supplies sitting in warehouses.
