UN warns Haiti aid needs 'critical'

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has said food and water in Haiti are "in critically short supply", following Tuesday's devastating earthquake.

Speaking in New York, Mr Ki-moon said that logistical problems on the ground were hampering aid efforts.
