Brazil police accused of unlawful executions

Police in Brazil have been accused of carrying out unlawful executions, and then covering up the evidence of the killings.

Human Rights Watch said more than 11,000 people were been killed by the police over the past six years. Officers have been accused of often operating outside the law.
