Spaghetti bridge contest in Chile

Students, armed with two packets of spaghetti and some glue, have battled it out to build the strongest spaghetti bridge.

The annual event in Chile involves engineering students from the University of Andes, in Santiago, constructing a bridge out of the dried pasta.
