Gaddafi: Reform Security Council

Libya's Colonel Gaddafi has called for reform of the UN Security Council, using regional unions to define the number of seats.

Addressing the United Nations, he also said the power of the veto, currently enjoyed by only the permanent members of the five-strong council, should be reviewed.
