Cuba's foreign minister has accused Barack Obama of not doing enough to end the long-standing U.S. trade embargo against the island despite his public promise to seek improved ties.
At a press conference in Havana, the Cubans also warned that they are not prepared to make any political or policy concessions in order to improve relations.
