Biden: Kennedy 'like an anchor'

US Vice President Joe Biden has added his tribute to the late Senator Ted Kennedy, saying he "changed the circumstances of millions of Americans" and describing him as an "anchor" when Mr Biden lost his wife and daughter in a car accident.
