Healthcare row divides US

America has been split by President Obama's plan to re-structure the provision of health care.

For millions his plan would mean higher taxes and re-directing public funds. But for America's poor, like those forced to rely on temporary "field hospitals" change cannot come soon enough.

Adam Brookes reports on one such clinic in Los Angeles which tends to those who cannot afford health insurance premiums.
