Mexico drugs shoot-out kills 12

A shoot-out in Mexico between suspected drugs gangs and police has killed 12 people.

Three policemen were among those killed in the latest clash in the central state of Hidalgo. Officials say they recovered a huge quantity of drugs and cash.
